The 2010 Billabong Pro Jeffreys Bay is set to host the greatest collection of professional surfing talent the planet has to offer for stop No. 4 of 10 on this year’s ASP Dream Tour from July 15 through 25. The top 45 are poised and ready to carve up J-Bay’s flawless canvas while the tension builds for this year’s ASP World Title Race and a spot within the Top 32 before the midyear cut. Changing of the Guard: Dusty Payne
Dusty Payne (HAW), 21, is one of the most talked about rookies ever to set foot on the ASP Dream Tour and arguably the most progressive surfing talent on the planet. The only Maui surfer to ever qualify for a spot amongst the elite has struggled to find his feet throughout the first three events this season, but with a perfect righthand point and a throttling barrel on the charts for the next two events, don't count Payne out just yet. Roxy Jam Back in France for WWLC
The 2010 Roxy Jam will see the best women’s longboarders convene in the Southwest of France at La Cote de Basques for the fourth consecutive year in search of the ASP Women’s World Longboard Title from July 10th through 14th. Reigning two-time ASP Women’s World Longboard Champion Jen Smith, 23, will return to defend her title against the torrent of international talent at this year’s premier women’s longboarding contest.
