Quiksilver Pro New York! ASP International and Quiksilver are proud to officially announce the newest stop on the 2011 ASP World Tour, the Quiksilver Pro New York, which will host the world’s best surfers in ‘The Big Apple’ this September as they battle for a historic US$1,000,000 prize purse. The landmark event represents the sixth of 11 contests slated to decided the 2011 ASP Men’s World Champion and will also be the first ASP World Tour event to land on America's East Coast in ASP history.

Crisanto Wins ASP 6-Star Hurley Pro Junior Young Brazilian Peterson Crisanto asserted himself as a dominant force on the scene of rising international talent last week by topping a global contingent of promising young surfers at the ASP 6-Star Hurley Pro Junior Burleigh Heads to take home the biggest first prize check in ASP Pro Junior history of US$25,000. Crisanto’s international victory last week proves he could be a force to be reckoned with on the 2011 ASP World Junior Tour.
