Roxy Pro Biarritz!
The Roxy Pro Biarritz is about to unveil a unique event which will see the world’s best women’s shortboarders and longboarders merge in France. The event represents the next stop on the 2011 ASP Women’s World Tour and is the first for the women’s ASP WLT. With Carissa Moore eyeing her first ASP World Title and the lady longboarders itching to get stylish, this event is set to deliver some exciting action.

Pat Gudauskas Wins Mr Price Pro!
Elite ASP World Title campaigner Patrick Gudauskas snagged the biggest win of his career when he took out the ASP PRIME Mr Price Pro Ballito over Hawaiian young-gun John John Florence after a week of flawless surf ignited the South African shores at Surfers Beach. Pat now sits at No. 15 on the ASP World Ranking and the victory sets him and brother Tanner alongside the late Andy Irons and brother Bruce as the only brothers to have won the prestigious event.

Wright Readies for J Bay
Owen Wright, 2010 ASP World Tour Rookie of the Year and current No. 6 on the ASP World Title Rankings began his season with a 13th on the Gold Coast, followed by Equal 5ths at Bells and Rio and Mr. Wright is leading the goofy-footed charge for 2011. In addition to bagging clips for an upcoming film project with Kai Neville, Lost Atlas, Wright has been recharging his batteries at his old stomping grounds of Culburra as well as posting up in Fiji for a week and we caught up with Owen before his departure to South Africa’s perfect righthander to see where he was at before re-donning the contest singlet.

Brazil Open of Surfing Hosts Juniors in Rio
The first stop on the 2011 ASP World Junior Tour is set to host the Globe’s finest under-21 talent at Rio de Janeiro’s lefthand pointbreak of Arpoador beginning on October 24. The elite list of up-and-comers will be bringing new levels of froth as they look to launch their ASP World Junior Title campaigns in top form as they battle to add their name to the list of elite Pro Junior champions. Running in conjunction with the ASP World Junior event will be a men’s ASP 6-Star so this event is guaranteed to deliver plenty of action.
