Parko, A.I. and Pires Score Indo Perfection!
While we may be amidst one of the last seasonal doldrums in ASP history, (the product of some exciting potential new events next year), the world's best surfers have certainly kept busy. From film projects to fashion lines, the ASP Top 45 and 17 have traversed the globe, hunting waves everywhere from South America to the Indian Ocean. Joel Parkinson (AUS), 29, current ASP World No. 8, linked up with former three-time ASP World Champion Andy Irons (HAW), 31, European powerhouse Tiago Pires (PRT), 30, young gun Granger Larsen (HAW), 20, and shaper Jason "JS" Stevenson for an assault on one of Indonesia's many epic lefthanders.
